air conditioning

watching: duck tales
mood: good

Well well my dear friends, I've been successfully doing nothing for the past 3 days, but today I swear I'm gonna get up and go shopping or something. Ahh well, I did one thing, I cleaned my apartment, which was a complete and utter disaster for months now, but now it looks good and I'm gonna try to keep it this way for a while.
I was kinda dying of the heat yesterday, cuz every time when I tried to make my aircon work harder all it would do was switching into heating mode. Imagine, 30 degrees humid, hot air outside and your heater jumps into gear! Not nice at all, so I started complaining about this (3 a.m btw.) on msn to Kaytea. Being still up and genki she offered to come by and take a look at the aircon of doom and man, that girl has the magic touch! She switched to full power and that thing cooled my room down very fast. Not ice cold, but nice and cool. Switched it down to the lowest ..whatever and it worked fine. I could finally fall asleep *yay* the hero of that night definitely was Kaytea. We had a spontaneous beer and talked for a bit, it felt like it's been forever since we did that, and I guess it's kinda been forever (T_T) babe, we need to hang out more together, miss you (T_T) but it's good that you are busy (^_~)
Okay, now I will study a bit and then take a shower and all that stuff and move outside to do something, but sitting in my room (^_~)

a wedding, a live and lots of alcohol

watching: tv
mood: great

I left the house over 24 hrs ago and only came back half an hour ago, so that is already a sign for a brilliant and indeed very spontanious night out. Eiji called me yesterday around 2 p.m. asking if we should grab dinner together and I of course said yes. So we met in Shinjuku at the east exit, he came late, cuz he got lost, how cute is that?
And went to an Indian restaurant, for one of his friend's wedding. I found out about the wedding, when we arrived (o___O) Japanese youngsters are really relaxed, when it comes down to things like that. You just pay the price for the nomikai and the food and you can bring along whoever you want. Funny shit was that everybody asked if I was his girlfriend (o__O) It was more or less a Rockabilly/ Punkrock wedding, pretty cool, all really nice and relaxed people. We left Shinjuku for Koenji a couple of hours later, cuz Justin and the groom were giving a live there. We drank even more there, beer from the conbini and lots of funny conversations. I don't remember what time it was, but at some point we all decided to go, last trains were proabably long gone so Justin invited us all over to his place, where some drank a little more, I couldn't cuz if I would have, I would have puked within a second. Eiji fell asleep on the couch, i followed shortly after that and fell asleep in my chair. Justin was so nice to get a futon and put it on the couch, struggeling to get Eiji to move, but managed it. Woke me up again and guided me to the couch, very sweet. All people there were sweethearts.

new hair (^_^)

watching: bones
mood: pretty good

Today was new hair day (^_^) trodded over to Kaytea and Kazu's place shortly after to p.m. to get hew hair. I decided to change my hair color, too...into something I haven't had yet, and it turned out to be like THIS

Of course I have to get used to having something like a hair color again, and still a more or less normal hair cut, but I guess everything is normal compared to bubble wrap hair. But a) my hair needs a break and b) summer is hot here (-_-)

unlucky weekend

watching: some show on fox
mood: hurt

this was really an unlucky weekend. Friday night most of the people I was supposed to meet ran off home, so Tea and me ended up going alone to Spy bar, meeting a dude from Finnland who was shooting a documentary on Japan for the Finnish government, so now I'm gonna be in that documentary, which is kinda cool.
Then my friend and me left for Champions, where first a fight started between two foreigners, cuz one of them grabbed the other one's girlfriends ass, so the owner kicked us all out to let things cool off and then we went back in to keep on getting drunk and sing a couple of songs. Met a really strange half Japanese girl who wouldn't stop touching my boobs, and the lucky lucky night it was I ran into that friggin Irish boy who pushed me into a vending machine a couple of months ago, if you still remember that story. And he had the guts to say hello to me, I just ignored him and we left soon after anyway, cuz it was already early in the morning and I wanted to take my hair out anyway.

So I went back home to take my hair out, stopped half way through, cuz I was getting to tired and when I tried to take the rest out the next morning most of my hair just broke off. I think I bleached it to death, yet again, so now I have a kinda punkish short haircut, which starts growing on me, but I still need to change something, cuz my hair is in no good state right now.
Saturday I woke up and my foot hurt a little bit, but I didn't give it too much thought, since I thought I probably just slept on it in a weird way, so I went out to the nomikai with my class in Shinjuku which was a lot of fun, but I forgot my sunglasses at the izakaya and am probably never getting them back (T____T) So we went for Karaoke that night and everything was fine, but Champions for whatever reason closed really early and we decided to meet up with a couple of other friends and move on to a bar, where I had probs taking the stairs, but still i didn't think anything really bad was going on. I fell asleep on the table and decided to go home around 4.

When I woke up on Sunday morning my foot hurt A LOT. I still wanted to go to Kaytea's and Kazu's event at Takuya Angel and meet my friends at the park, so I pulled myself together and limped my way through Takeshita doori. When i met Tea later that night to go to the Park Hyatt for a couple of drinks, my foot really hurt, but since she has only a couple of days left in Tokyo, I really wanted to go. Pushed through the pain and went, when I came back home my ankle was swollen to the size of a Tennisball (T___T) Not feeling any better today I went to school to get my exams back and then left for the hospital, to get it sorted out.
At the hospital everything was nice and easy. They examined my foot and took some x-rays. When I talked to the doctor the second time, he was like Ligament wakaru? I was like yeah, and he was like, ligament DAME, I was like WHAT I RIPEED IT, in Japanese and he was like, NONONO they are just overstretched, kinda good news in a bad situation. So now my foot is wrapped up and I have to take some pills for the swelling and the pain (T___T) unlucky bitch I am.

this and that *blubb*

watching: nip/tuck
mood:
aki cranky, pissed off and creeped out

well, as you know my friend Tai has been here until last week Saturday. In our last week we did some hard core rushed sight seeing and extreme last minute shopping and partying. We drank too much, spent too much money and I had too much problems with other people, which kinda all got sorted out, a little bit at least. It's not all sunshine at the moment, but I guess that's just plain normal, the longer you stay in one place the deeper human relationships get the more trouble there is. But hey, my troubles are just going to disappear sooner or later. That's what limited time is all about. You don't need to deal with certain things if you just stick it out and wait long enough. If that is a good or a bad thing, I dunno, we will see.
I have a bit of trouble with my hair right now, too. I think I bleached it to death, which is the reason why I am thinking of a color change right now. But what? back to pink again? I loved pink, but it would be a repetition. I will decide on that next week.
Well ever since Tai was gone I more or less had to study for my exams, had the last one today, went home to sleep for a couple of hours and now am making myself up, to go out partying. Somehow I'm not too keen about it though. Not because of the people, of course not, they are gonna be fun, it's more the fact that I feel a bit strange at the moment and am not really in the mood to go out and get drunk, but maybe exactly that is what I need. If it is shit, I still can go to Kuroneko, where I've been last week on Thursday with Tai and Chris. It was a lot of fun, and even though it says that they are probably only open from 6- midnight, if you are there and stay longer, they are fine with it, and if you call and tell them, that you are gonna come in after 12 they will be there, too, which makes sense, since I guess it gets really boring if you just sit there for hours and hours and nobody comes.
I don't really have big new at the moment. It's the normal party and nomikai routine, and since this is a public blog I will not brag about my private live for everybody to read it. If you want to read about that, get an account on livejournal and leave me a message to get friended, at least that way I kinda can control who is reading about my stuff and who is not. I thought about membership readers with this blog, too, but I decided to keep this one clean from my personal stuff and leave it the way it is. Of course this means that there are gonna be less entries, but I guess it's better than reading about rubbish all the time anyway.
Soon I will upload a couple of pictures about all the lover's rock stuff I bought and other shopping things, stuff like that, too keep you occupied during work or at anytime else you take a look at this page.

greetings

blubb

watching: csi: ny
mood: tired and kinda down

poor Tai didn't really come at a good time, not that this would have been predictable, but I'm just not like, yay let's do this and that at the moment, I hope it chances a bit for her second week here in Tokyo, otherwise she won't bring home a lot of fun memories. At least we are shopping like moron's which kinda makes up for my lameness.
Apart from that, we went to Tokyo Dark Castle yesterday, which honestly sucked. It was pretty empty and I didn't feel much like socializing anyway. Unluckily Tai wasn't feeling too great either, so we had pimped ourselves up pretty much for nothing. For me it was just saying hello to a couple of people and even leaving without saying good bye, cuz I was just like mehhh.
After we left we decided to have a night coup at some metal bar I knew, but I couldn't find it for shit, so we just went home.
I have a couple of pictures of Friday night though, which basically was fun, and yesterday's styling (no party pictures)
enjoy
