last hours in Japan

not listening to anything
mood: extremly tired and on the edge of breaking out in tears

this is my last reprot from Japan. I will have to post the white day special part II and the last to one mans I went to, when I'm back home in Germany. I'm really sad that I have to leave, since I really love Japan by now. There are some places and some people who are really special to me and I don't want to leave them at all, but I have a life outside Japan, too and it is yelling for some attention. Since I haven't slept tonight at all I'm really tired, so don't mind me having the weirdest spelling at some points. I have to leave behind the friends I've made.....and yes....you can believe your eyes....I made some friends.......\(^_^)/......which is basically a really good thing, but it sucks when it comes to leaving. Saying good bye this morning felt really odd, because I felt like hugging them, but didn't......don't ask me why, maybe because.......[insert a reason here]
I promised to be back in August and so I will, because right now, having to leave, all I can think about is coming back.

Emperor Palace

listening to: still Dir en grey's withering to death (which I really like)
mood: still tired

I had a rather relaxed week and went to do some sightseeing. So I went to see some shrines near my school, but I forgot about the name of the shrine. I really like the very relaxed atmosphere in those places. People seem to be in flow and sit there all to themselves reading books or dreaming their time away. Those places have something soothing and calming to them, especially shortly before they close and the mist of the night is already rising.
I also wanted to take a look at the emperor palace, which of course didn't work out, but I looked at the beautiful parks and went for a walk outside the huge park. I will go to the national park on monday, though I think. I just like the greens (^_^)

part of the emperor palace

Going for a walk for me means, that I walked from Kudan to Ginza.....take a map and look where those two places are...doesn't look far, but remember I had to carry my school books with my, and paper can get pretty heavy after a while. I was getting hungry, too, but I had decided to eat Thai cuisine that evening in Ginza, so I would have to wait. I wandered around in Ginza, which is like the most expensive shopping part of Tokyo. You see Gucci, Pucci, Chanel, Ferragamo, Prada and all the other stuff I like so much, but even though I found out that all that stuff is not soooooooooooo much more expensive in this country I gave it a pass, since I would have never fitted in an Italian 38 which is the biggest size sold. And going for really expensive male clothing just ain't my style. But I found some really neat stuff for fake nails and decided to buy it and redecorate mine. Which remembers me that I killed one of my nails yesterday...I never thought those nails could brake, but apparently they do *shrug* As a tribute to my favorite bar here in Tokyo I painted my nails white and put little black kittens on them.

my new nail style

Since it was rather cold out there I though getting some coffee instead of wandering though Ginza shivering would be a nice idea, so I probably had the most expensive hot chocolate and yoghurt in my whole life, spending over 1200 yen for those two things. So I sat there for a while and kept on reading Trapdoor, which was not a good idea to do in public, since this book is just too sad to be read in public. I'm one of those people who just can't cry when something really bad in reality live happens. I only cry in real live when I'm pissed off really bad, but not when something sad happens. But as soon as a movie is sad (well not that cheesy sad of Titanic...that was just pathetic) or a book I have to cry heavily sometimes. And Trapdoor is just one of those books. You can't buy it in a store though, you have to get it from the author, so don't ask for an ISBN number. But I think I will have to lend it to a couple of my friends since I can imagine they will like that book...even though it is in English (^_^) But I'm not gonna spend my time translating it into German...sorry guys, that would just kill too much time.
Back to my Thai food. The place is called The Siam (Ginza 5 chome - World Town Tower) I was their first guest that night, so they gave me a table at the window so I could take a look at Ginza's shopping crowd. They have and English menu, too and one of the waitresses speaks English. She was amazed that I was travelling all by myself, but why are people always amazed by that? It's again that women don't do that thing, I guess. But she was nice and asked me a couple of things. I ordered some beef, salad, rice and veggies. Everything the hottest they would make it, but it really wasn't that hot. (Achtung hot im Englischen heisst nicht warm, sondern scharf! Nicht, dass ihr da was verwechselt) And the food was a little too cold, too. Anyways it tasted good. So being quite tired after walking so much that day I just got on my train home and fell into my bed.
I did some Purikura shopping in Harajuku the other day. Purikura's are little pictures in sticker form. I got a couple of sets of my favorite J-Rock stars and a couple of mobile phone chains. Again a lot of walking that day, so I was tired pretty soon, still not allowing myself for the cold I caught to break through...that has to wait until April! I went to Shinjuku to spend a fortune on Indies bands CD's. Afterwards I was in the need of some food, so I dropped into a weird sea food restaurant. Had giant scallop, crab and oyster nobe. Of course I couldn't eat all of the nobe, which is in this case oysters, veggies and noodles in miso soup. A little gas plate was build into the table so you would cook it all by yourself. I've never eaten that before so I didn't really have a clue what to do. The waitress was so nice to help me out. She did all the stuff for me, and told me when it was ready to eat. I was half way through the thing, when I remembered something someone once said about the taste of oysters....I never ate hot oysters before, and after remembering what he said I never will again *urgh*
There were to women in that restaurant....guest...drunk out of their mind. I knew one of them had gone to the toilet, but I had to pee, to so I went downstairs....who on earth would have guessed that the restaurant had only one???? And the woman forgot to lock the door (@_@). I humbled a couple of excuses in Japanese but she was just laughing it off and asked me if I was all right *shrug* of course I was, but still it felt odd.
The next day I met a friend of mine at Like an Edison, to get some concert tickets to the bigger lives I wanted to go to. But she told me to meet her at raika, which is apparently the Japanese pronunciation of Like an Edison (-_-) so I didn't really know where to meet her, and since her mobile phone battery was dying she couldn't tell me anymore either. So I just asked a girl with a club Indies bag assuming that she would know where raika was, and of course she did. She didn't seem wonna bother explaining me the way, so she showed it to me (^_^) Isn't that nice? She walked me the whole way there even though she just came form there (since Club Indies and Like an Edison are right around the corner of each other) So she asked me what kind of music I listen to and which one was my favorite band and stuff like that, so I explained to her that Germany doesn't have any bands like that, which kind of surprised her, but visual kei really is a only Japanese thing. We chatted a little on our way there and when she dropped me off I met my friend. We went to Club Indies again, so I could get the new Dir en grey album. If you buy it at Club Indies you get a photo set and can chose which one of the pics you'd like to get as a poster or something like that which will be sent to you. So I gave them my friends address since we both doubted that it would arrive while I'm still in Japan. Got some other stuff, too and off we went to Like an Edison to get some concert tickets. She showed me another store, too Closet Child, which you can't find if you don't know where it is. That store has a lot of used CD's some rare stuff, goodies and cloths. So I went for the three new Gazette singles that were released the same day as the Dir en grey album. I would have loved to get them at Club Indeies, because you would have got a cool photo set, but you have to buy all three of them to get the pics and one version was already sold out. So I got the stuff at closet child and got only a postcard (T_T). I got some Alice 9 stuff, too, since I really liked that band live. Hanging out at that store I found I skirt I liked and since I fitted into it (completely struck with amazement!!!!) I got that one, too.
When I came home my Dir en grey album was gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm not sure if it ever was there, but what would be the point of going to Club Indies and tell them that they never gave me the CD...they would have laughed at my face for sure. So I had to get it again. I hoped that they still had copies, since like an Edison and HMV don't have any anymore!!!!! This CD was kind of sold out on the day released.....didn't somebody say that the Dir en grey image was going down? Well I guess people thought they couldn't get any worse than the vulgar album, gut I liked Vulgar...sure it was a lot heavier than all the other albums, but it was still good. So I went to Club Indies and got the CD again, which is kind of good, hence now I can get the Shinya pic, too. I couldn't quite make the choice between Toshiya and Shinya since they are my favorite Dir en grey boys. Normally I'd go for Shinya, since he is the shyest of Dir en grey member and shy people rock (look at me (^_^)). But this time I went for the Toshi pic, since he looks just extremely good in that pic. The other members look kind of strange. Die doesn't look like Die at all, Kyo's hair is wacky and Kaoru looks as if somebody stole him his favorite Gudam video. So the second time I signed up for Shinya.
I checked on the album about every 10 minutes if it was still in my bag on my way home!!!!!!

Last weekend

listening to: Dir en grey の withering to death (yeah the new album is out....go buy it!)
mood: tired

I've been either too busy to write an entry or too tired, so we have a week delay again, but I will tell you what happened. I skipped two lives last week, namingly the gigolo and the shelly trip realize one, because I was just too tired, probably on the edge of getting ill, so I decided that sleep was a good idea and slept the most parts of Saturday and Sunday. But of course I went to 黒猫. I just love that bar, so giving that a pass would have felt plain wrong. I made myself up, which took me couple of hours this time, since I couldn't really decide what I wanted to look like. See that's the problem with wigs, if you have the choice to have long or short hair, a light or a dark color, you have to chose and sometimes it's just a pain in the ass.
Well you see in the pic what I looked like that evening, and I have to say, that I'm very proud of myself that I managed to wear my corset for more than 6h hours, even though I haven't put it on in quite some while. I think the last time was in December, but I can't really remember.
I think I reached 黒猫 around half past 11 or something like that. I hand't really eaten that day, so I asked for something to eat and I got a three egg 黒猫 style omelette which tasted indeed really good. It was kind of funny that Motoki asked whether I was fine with eating with chopsticks (Deutsch: Essstaebchen - meine guete sieht das Wort scheisse aus, wenn man es so schreibt -_-, aber ich bin zu faul jetzt auf deutsche Tastatur umzuschalten, also bitte verzeiht die Schreibweise) Of course I'm fine eating using chopsticks instead of knife and fork...how else would I survive in a country like this? But I have to admit that I've never eaten an omelette with chopsticks (^_^)

kuroneko style omlette

A little later two guys came into the bar which was kind of odd, since they looked as if they didn't come to 黒猫 on purpose. And they didn't - they were really in the wrong place since they asked for Santana (you know....Spanish or Southamerican Artist...pretty good though if you like that kind of music) This was aiming for trouble! And for me the conversation was over when one of them stated that Japan and Germany were allies back in 1943 (I think it was). Honestly! What do people think? Is there really nothing more to Germany in the eyes of the outside world than the fucking WWII? So I was pissed....and their behavior wasn't getting any better.....it got worse indeed. I just hate it when people hit on me in a certain way using common cheesy, filthy pick up lines. Which woman barely sane likes those lines? Either you are god damn stupid or you are really in need for......to be pleased by those phrases. Okay I just wonna stop bitching now, since there isn't really a point to this, right? They left shortly after and the evening ended nice and peaceful...got home around 6, which is like my average bed time on a weekend, since 黒猫 always closes around half past four, which means you are at the 駅 (eki = station = Bahnhof) around a quarter to four, getting on the 満員電車 (manindensha = jam packed train = die beruehmten vollgestopften U-Bahnen Tokyos) at 4:49 and go home.
I slept all Saturday which means I basically got up and put on my makeup for 黒猫. I like a rhythm like that...sleep....get up, shower, get ready, go drinking, fall back to sleep (^_^) That's what weekends should be like (^_^) So I went to 黒猫 again part wise because I didn't have anything else to do, part wise because I really love that place. There was an gothic event on that day, but I had taken a look at their play lists earlier when I came to Japan and it's just the kind of music I'm not willing to put up with anymore. The typical goth stuff and I'm not a goth, so what's the point of going to a party like that if you don't know a single soul? I probably would have recognized a couple of 黒猫 guests, but you know me...to freaking shy to go over and join them, so I would have been standing around all alone, which doesn't sound like fun to me. So I kept poor Motoki busy since I was his only guest, but it was a nice evening with a really good conversation....okay shoving my 電子辞書 denshijisho = electronic dictionary = elektronisches Woerterbuch) around isn't really a conversation, but the topic was a little complicated and I wanted to make myself clear. I spoke a lot more English that evening than on an average 黒猫 evening, but my Japanese sucks way too much to lead a conversation on history in Japanese. It was a really relaxed nice evening. Home again around 6 a.m. So my Sunday was doomed to be slept over and I did....I didn't do anything else but sleeping...kind of sleeping my cold away.
Weather in Japan is just nuts lately, either it is too warm and you sweat like a pig wearing too many cloths or you are cold the whole time because you expected it to be as warm as the day before (-_-)

(^_^) & (-_-)

listening to: emmuree no an acute
mood: mixed

just a quick statement....I failed my Japanese exam (February)mizerably, which means I will have to do some serious studying while being in Tokyo. That really sucks, since here are about a thousand things that I'd like to do much more than sitting in my room and studying. Hmmm might do it in a cafe.....I will try that out...tomorro (^-^)
But on the other hand, I passed both of my Chinese Exams, which is really neat, since I would not have known what to do if I had failed those, too. I still don't know how my pre-deploma went and I still have don't know about my Chinese Culture Class, but I will find that out, when I come back to Germany....that's early enogh for that one.
So...gotta study now.....yay

Weekend Report (LAST weekend)

still watching TV
mood: not that shitty anymore....got over it (not really)

Well since I'm a little behind this is the weekend report from last weekend. Since I still had to write my essay about Tibetan Weddings and Funerals I went to buy WORD in order to be able to do so. Afterwards I met some friends of my Japanese friend back in good old (compared to Tokyo) and freaking boring Germany. It were three girls from the Goethe Institut in Yokohama, thus they spoke German (well quite well considering that they've started only 2 years ago) One of them I met at that dog statue outside Shibuya station. Since we had to wait for the other one to come we went for some green tea and when she asked me which one I liked I said green one and pointed at the menu, unfortunately I pointed at the most expensive one, but I just wanted to say any of those. She mistook it though and got me the most expensive one, which sucks, cuz she was inviting me and I felt like a jerk. As we sat there we began to talk about music and funny enough she likes German gothic stuff like Rammstein, In Extremo, Lacrimosa but the heavy shit, too. She more of a Rock Chick even though she really doesn't look like it! It was fun to talk to her about music and when we went to HMV later I showed her some of the visual Kei stuff. A couple of days ago she told me that she listened to Dir en grey's -saku- and liked it.....mission completed...another visual Kei fan is born.
We met the other friend and went for some extremely good Japanese food. I ate stuff I can't even find in my dictionary, but it was extremely tasty, believe me. Sometimes the girls (now being three since the last one joined us, too) were impressed that I liked the stuff that I was eating. Most east Asians kind of expect foreigners to dislike their food. But I'm pretty much used to eat weird stuff I can'd even define. I really had a fun time, since they are a really friendly crowd. Some of them have a rather long way home, so we said good byes around ten and I headed to 高田馬場の黒猫 (Takadanobaba's Kuroneko) They had a food festival that day, but I honestly couldn't eat anything anymore. I was stuffed. It was rather crowded that day and I got to know a couple of the other regular Kuroneko goers. They really are a friendly crowd. The other stuff guy Sowa was there, too. He is quite a pretty boy, a lot younger than Motoki though, you can take a look at them on their homepage I will put a link in the link category later. I had best time since I came to Japan. Everybody was getting real drunk, playing games and stuff. I really had a great time.

We had some desert and Sake.

Discovering Live houses

listening to: Shulla の XII
mood: DEAF!!! (I know that's not a mood...get over it!)

I finally found "like an edison" and "club indies" which are both stores where you can buy nearly everything a little visual kei addict would wonna love to buy. So I did! I went nuts, and I still held myself back, which means I spent only a small fortune and not every cent I still got! But I sooner or later, since staying in Tokyo means I get to know new bands, which means I will end up buying their CD's which is good on one hand, cuz I'm a music addict, on the other hand it is really bad for my wallet, which is thinning a lot fast than me (especially cuz I just gobbeled down like a whole box of chocolate having been craving for some out of the blue (I normally never do) and NO I can't be pregnant!!!!!! stop thinking such nasty thoughts of me!)
After that I rushed of home, because I wanted to catch a friend of mine online. And lucky as I was I did. She offered me to take me to a live at 目黒ライブスティション (Meguro Livestation) featuring ジゴロ (Gigolo) / Beat /Rilly / 壱雲9 (itsukumu 9 I think, but I'm not certain about the first kanji!) / Pumpkin Boys ¥2500 (about 20 EURO) entry including one drink. Since we are in Japan the biggest event is mentioned at the beginning but plays last, so the order the bands played in is reversed okay! (in Deutsch: Die Jungs haben in genau umkehrter Reihenfolge gespielt wie sie da stehen. In Japan wird die größte Einheit immer zuerst genannt!) First thing to mention Japanese live houses are freaking LOUD!!!! I'm still having that constant beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep in my ears.
First band was Pumpkin boys. Not my style at all and too much talking, but they seemed to be nice guys and tried to pull off their show as good as they could, considering the fact that only few people were standing up for them. A couple of songs and I was deaf enough to enjoy the other bands (^_^)

壱雲9 ( http://ip.tosp.co.jp/i.asp?i=109_12345678 since their website sucks, so it woun't be mentioned on my offical site links!) was waaaaaaaay more my style, music and looking wise, cuz honestly the two guitarists looked cute. The one on my side was really shy barely looking into the audience at all (I was standing at the right side of the hall - I shrinked to the wall all the time, fearing Japanese girls wanting to tear me apart for being too tall) But during this live I could have stood in the middle of the room, cuz this boys had only one fan!!! which was participating as if a hundred were standing next to her. That's a pretty cool thing about Japanese fans. They really support the acts they like! She was headbanging violently holding on to the roll bars at the stage! Which I discovered to be the typical headbanging style in Japan (Auf Deutsch: Das Mädel hat sich an die gepolsterte Absperrung zur Bühne geklammtert, einen Schritt zurückgegangen, nach vorne gebäugt und dann geheadbanged als ob es kein Morgen gäbe...total kraß!) But I really liked their music, it was heavy and the guitars were cool. After the band had wormed up they were really pulling off a show as if a lot of screaming girls were standing in front of them, which is really cool. Mainly the left side guitarist and the vocalist did all the jumping around and stuff. Since the stage was really small the vocalist accidently hit the guitarist with his elbow straight in his face. It must have hurt, but the guitarist didn't stop playing, which was really cool. I think he kind of stumbled at the end of the live, too, wasn't quite his day huh? But I really liked them. Good sound, good show, good style, cute guitarists....promising!

Next one was Rilly ( www.rilly.jp really professionally made site for an extremely unknown not at all pro band!) they have like the cutest guitarist ever. I mean Kousuke. He is such a sweat heart, even on stage. He is smiling all the way. Really really cute. The vocallist Yousuke was doing well, too. The music was good, but they need to improve their clothing style! They were a fun band to watch though (and they at least had a couple of fans supporting them)

Next one on was Beat ( http://www.beat-official.com nice site, but still too little information)

They were a lot more visual, but not going for it all the way. It was a fun live, because their fans were really participating, knowing the band and all the hand dances very well. It was cool watching the people doing it (^_^) Nory's fly was unzipped nearly the whole live, and when one fan informed one of the guitarists he just went for it and grabbed at the crotch area which made the the vocalist give him quite a puzzeled look. Their show was really good though, a lot of smiling and interacting both on stage and with the audience. They really are cuties. It was so much fun watching them, that I really wonna go to one of their lives again. One of their guitarists speaks English (I think is ist Miyu - oh I'm so bad in memorizing names, but this time I honestly doubt that he told me his name???? Am I going insane????) which I know, because he came up to my friend after their live an talked to her. Amazing, isn't it??? Because it really is rare that people are willing to speak to you in English, which makes me fumble around in my non existant Japanese everytime I wonna talk to somebody (-_-) very promising band (^_^)

Last band on was ジゴロ ( http://4-5-6.net/ )

They really are visual all the way. They have a little entry video which they happen to show before every live. It's basically introducing the members. Other than that there is not much about it. Liked their music, it is nice and heavy and I finally found myself participating a little, too. I'm too shy to go for it all the way. I should get drunk before going to lives. I'm not kidding, I'm one of those poor souls who are all icy and cold when being sober! So the to do thing for the upcoming lives is: Get drunk before (but not too much of course) Back to Gigolo. Those guys were the most pro on that evening. Having the look and the sound. The keyboard guy (who's name is in Kanji so I won't bother find out his name!) was kind of losing his way sometimes though, at least it seemed like that, which made him peek at a sheet of paper attached to his keyboared every once in a while. Cutie ranking in that band....hmmm I guess Bass, Drums and then the rest. Bass is Shinnosuke who really has some legs. I mean honestly I'd be dieing to have those legs...and he was in a mini skirt, too. You can take a look at his outfit on the homepage! DO IT!!! They pulled off their show professionally, too, but there was something really disturbing! Some fans just didn't move! I mean some really did headbang their souls out, which was the appropriate thing to do, considering the type of music that was played. Being new to all that kind of stuff, I was checking the band out more than headbangning my way through their session, but when I was watching them I at least moved my head. And you can't say that it is a Japanese thing to stand still on visual lives, because normally they go nuts. It was rather weird. But it was really fun (^_^) I'm for sure gonna check them out again, too. Really really promising (^_^)
After they were done some encoru chants started, but of course that never happened. There was a little lottery though at the end. You were given a number at the beginning of the live. Each band had one or more gifts for their fans which were chosen lottery style like. It seemed to be a fortunate night, because two of the "beat" fans really got the "beat" gifts, that was kind of cool.
Well after everything was over, we just hung out a little more until we decided to go home, which was a little delayed, cuz it started snowing.
My friend tried to set up my mobile which didn't work, but I will try to do that again tomorrow. It is such a pain int the ass doing that!

Anything else???
My teachers think I'm a freak (^_^) I think they find it kind of strange that I know more Japanese bands than they do (^_^) but they are really kind all the time and seem kind of interested. I get compliment on my style and my wigs all the time....ego booooooooooooooooost (^_^)

this is my CD and DVD shopping result so far (^_^)

地震

I just witnessed my fist earthquake in Japan. Since Japan is famous for it's earthquakes I just felt that it was worth mentioning it. So here you are (^_^) Of course it was only a little one, but stronger than every earthquake I had the chance to witness in Germany. I only remember one anyway, about 12 years ago! Cool, neeeeeeeeeee (^_^)

買い物を沢山した

listening to: Hakuei の The World is Mine
mood: Tired!

I've hontestly done some serious shopping already. I mean this trip hasn't even started yet and I fear actually spening all the money I have! I really do. Yesterday after class I decided to go shopping! Which is actually the most natural thing to do in Tokyo. Just a little comment on my class. They seemed kind of jerky yesterday, but today was okay. Class is still a little easy and I'm not even close to being the dumb ass, to be honest. Which is kind of boosing my selfconfidence!
Anyways, back to the shopping part! After I've spent so much money on BPN stuff at Shinjukus ○Ⅰthat it makes me whince, but on the other side is still making my hart jump every time I think of the neat stuff I perchuased. Fact is, that I never though I'd fit in any of their stuff, but I do. Of course only mens size and only the strechy stuff, but it's not like fitting really tight, most of it isn't. Some of the shirts I bought fit tight, but it's not like: Ewwwwwww she bought her cloths two sizes too small, if you know what I mean! I was just too happy being able to buy Peacenow Stuff! Hakuei, the guy on my entry page (for those poor souls among you who don't know him!)is modelling for them. Already carrying a big shopping bad, I thought I should go for something else.

Harajuku!

So off I went to Harajuku, just for fun. And of course I found some stuff. I went to Yellow House, which is some punk store in the heart of Harajuku. It's very easy to find, but if you got probs finding it, drop me a line and I'll send you a description. The Donots (some German Punk Band) shopped there, cool, isn't it? The shop assistant was quite proud of it (^_^) Who wouldn't be? Harajuku has very different stores, there are Gothic Lolita stores right next to HipHop Stores and of course normal Gothic Stuff. Just run around a little and you will for sure find something you wonna buy. But there are some really weird stores, too. Just an example of a store you'll never find anywhere in Germany, but it had some really cool stuff (even if you probably don't believe me looking at the pics)

I finally found something at a jewellry store called LEMONTREE. Nail Art. Yes I got my nails done. Aiko, the girl who did my nails was really friendly. She tried her best to understand my crappy Japanese and even tried to have a little conversation. It kind of worked out. While I was waiting for my nails to dry, I took a look around at the jewellry, and of course there was something my heart desired, and since I've already spent too much money, why not spend a little more? Right, that's what I did (-_-) But hey, it's just like I've expected it to be, the holiday of spending money. And it's not like I didn't inted to do that anyway!

I know my hand is kind of looking old there, I should get some good hand creme stuff!

After having spent so much money I decided to go home and prepare fore Japanese Class. I still haven't solved my essay problem though (T_T)
Well, got to my appartment, did some Japanese and decided to got to bed with some DVD watching. I watched machines Live DVD (fucking NEAT!), skipped to some Gazette and Nightmare Live, and tried out Miyavis latest DVD (btw. how many combinations exist? I didn't bother find out, but if somebody wants to tell me...here I am!) and finally got to Hakuei's The World is Mine PV's. Watched the first one a zillion times and tried to sleep. HAHAHA very funny, cuz again I couldn't! My insomnia is back and I hate it. Why can't I just block everything out?????? I wonder when I will start to have that strange grin again (like I did nearly a year ago, when I again had that insomnia problem!) I will probably by next week. Hopefully people don't mistake me for being friendly and smiling at them, because I'm not!!!! Well at least not at the most of them, even though I wish I sometimes would get out of my shell and be a little more outgoing! Being shy sucks so much.

Well anyway, today after class I went to Shibuya to check my mails and to find out where the real Peace Now shop is and I did! So I walked from Shibuya to Harajuku, which is not like walking for ever and since it was rather worm today (had to take of my jacket) I thought taking a walk would be pretty good Idea. I had some problems finding the shop though and now I wish I would not have found it, but I did, and buyed another shirt. Hell, why are their mens M sizes fitting me???? I had some Sushi for breakfast, lunch and dinner (one-meal-a-da-policy) which didn't really cost too much. So saving on my food money I kind of justified buying another BP shirt....at least I try keep on telling myself.
Qhite tired after only 5h of sleep I headed home and asked at the front desk for internet access. Which I do have now! And it's completely for free!! Isn't that great? Another thing I'm saving money on only to spend it for drinks, CD's, DVD's, cloths and other stuff that happens to come along my way!

Yay and 泣いてる

Ahhhh I had a great weekend to be honest. I actually made myself up on Saturday, wearing a plain black skirt, a black jacket, tights, and my heeled black boots. Love those (^_^)grabbed my black and white striped wig and off I went to 黒猫 ( http://members.at.infoseek.co.jp/cbkuroneko ) remember, that bar I mentioned last time. So off I went and took the second last train leaving (^_^)Of course I took the wrong exit of the station and had to walk the hole damn way back to the other side of the station. So if you ever wonna go to Kuro Neko please take Waseda Exit on the right side (left side would be for AREA!) second road left turn (right before some パチンコ place (Pachinko) turn right next street and right next the re am pm store, fourth floor there you are. It's a tiny place, I thing just as big as my room at my weekly mansion. But it has a really cool Interieur. You just have to love the red velvet seats and it's gothy dark atmosphere. Well at least I did. There were only two other girls inside, but 10 more and the place would have been crowded (^_^) I was welcomed in a very friendly manner. My jacket was taken and hung up...WOW, honestly that never happened to me in a bar! I took a seat and ordered a cointreau on ice, after the bartender asked me what I wanted to drink in English!!!! Okay, he had to read it of a little peace of paper, but his English was really not bad at all! Ahh for those of you who only like to drink beer! Don't go there, because they don't sell any. But they have some really cool cocktails, made up by themselves, like Sakura Sakura which comes in a tiny glass and tastes rather sweet. Which leads me straight to the bartender again. He told me his name, but the stupid fuckup I am I probably forgot it two seconds later, I really start to hate my brain in situations like that (T_T) specially because he is a real cutie! I'm not kidding. He's like the sweetest person and I met him only on my second day in Japan! I think it's him on the flyer, too! And there is a picture of him right next to the left side of the bar, next to the phone, in which he just looks adorable. Of course our conversation began with the usual question, where I was coming from, what I'll be doing in Japan and so on. Half in English half in Japanese all the night, which was really kind of cool, cuz I spoke more Japanese during that night, than Chinese during my stay in Shanghai! Ohhh I just found out his name (at least some kind of) Motoki.....argh....stupid me! At least it says so on their page (^_^) how much do I love web sites that put things right in my brain again! Okay well, we talked about this and that and he kind of managed to keep me busy until 4:30 a.m. well he and the other two girls which were there. One of them really tried to talk to me, too, but I never understood her....so he (there was only one male and I will not bother write the damn name like a thousand of times ^_^) translated all the time. I told you he is a real sweetheart. Joking a lot and me not understanding even half of it, though (-_-) I definitely will go there again, since I still haven't bothered to find out how to get tickets for lives and I still haven't found out where the fuck Tokyo's Visual Kei crowed parties. And believe me, a lot of them hang out here!
Okay back to that girl. She was really nice and handed me over one of her flyers, she has one of those gothic lolita shops (really cool stuff, but you have to fit into German size 38 which is quite as big as cloth get here for women!)but looking at my current eating habits I might fit in those next month (just kidding of course, I'll never fit into a 38!) Ohh before I forget about it that's her homepage http://strawberry_chocolate.at.infoseek.co.jp take a look. She really is a nice girl.
Okay I couldn't bother waiting for a train so I snatched a cab which cost me about 2,100 yen, get a calculator and look it up yourself! which is like a normal cab bill on a going out night in Germany, too, so I'm fine with that. Food is quite expensive and drinks, too, but I didn't spend more than I'd do on a normal weekend.
Came home and didn't fall asleep until 6:30 in the morning.
When my alarm clock went off the next morning I couldn't bother getting up, so I just went back to sleep until 1:30 p.m. Got up, showered, dressed, my white wig was on turn now. Which reminds me of the most used term when Japanese look at me: SUGOI! (^_^)
Since it was Sunday I wanted to got to 代々木公園 (yoyogi kooen) but I got lost on my way there and ended up in Shinjuku! Don't ask me how I managed to do that, but I did! That was kind of fortunate though, because I found ○| by accident that way and couldn't resist taking a look at the 4 stories of gothic clothing in there...featuring one of my favorite labels BPN (^_^) I didn't buy any clothes though, because I want to do that in the real store, if I ever find that one that is! I bought some Accessoirs though, and consider! JPG and Vivien Westwood are Gothic in Japan!!!! COOOOOOL harharhar which already shows that Gothic stuff in Japan is nothing like the shit you get in Germany! And it costs by far more!. I bought some necklaces and spent a fortune on CD's and DVD's finally holding my very much wanted copy of Machines Live DVD in my hands (^_^) which made me grin quite stupidly at the cashier girl! I was allowed to chose from two sticker one showing Kiyoshi in a rather crappy pose and one showing Hakuei, who miraculously looked kind of chubby in that pic, but of course I chose the Hakuei sticker. I got a poster, too, but I don't know who's on it, cuz it is really well wrapped and I want to keep it that way, because it might make it home quite safe if I do so! Still grinning like a little princess I make my way out and go back to Yoyogi station, trying to find Yoyogi Park, which I finally do, but I enter at the wrong side and have to walk all the way through it! But that doesn't really matter, even tough it is already dark, but the air is smelling to fresh and the sounds of the birds just create that a really nice atmosphere! The fact that I'm the only soul walking around that seemed kind of satisfying at that moment, giving me a short moment of silence and the chance to relax which is at once destroyed by some other tourists. I get out at the Harajuku entry and finally see what I wanted to see! Some Cosplayers, which means girls dressing up as their j-rock heroes. A lot of Kyos and Dies and Toshies are there, but most of them already gone home, because it was already dark. My little trip to Shinjuku took a lot of time! But some are still there and I take some time to watch them, but I don't ask if I may take a pic, because I was too fucking shy to do so. Well maybe next Sunday, when I get there a little earlier and the weather is a little better. Some of them were actually staring at me. Probably wondering who I was trying to cosplay (^_^) that white wig really has a lot of effect on people! I leave the park behind and explore a little more of Harajuku, finally getting on my train home, tired, but strangely not hungry at all even though the last time I ate was shortly after I woke up. So I stop by at a supermarket on my way to my weekly mension and get some stuff among my beloved 肉まん which I already loved to eat in China, only in China they mostly filled with veggies. At home I watch some TV, eat, but only because I feel I have to and go on reading Trapdoor, which is really nice story about to guys...you can imagine what kind of story I mean and like (^_^) Around midnight I decide that sleeping would be great Idea, but I don't fall asleep until 4 a.m. which leaves me quite tired when my alarms goes off at 6:30! Remember it is Monday and I had my first day of school!
So I get myself ready and hit the road....or better the jam packed trains! You really start to hate everybody who dared to eat something with garlic the night before! It takes me about 40 min to my school a nice older guy showing me the way, after I kindly asked him if he knew where the school was. I'm really getting good at asking the way and understanding the answers in Japanese! I arrive and learn that I have to take the test again! which a of course suck badly at after only 2 1/2 h of sleep, but whatever. One of the teachers tell me that I can get a mobile from Vodaphone prepaid, which is cool, because then I will finally be able to receive phone calls! I will probably get it on Wednesday (^_^)
Okay they put me in a waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to easy class with a lot of jerks, so I ask the teacher if I can upgrade! No prob, tomorrow I will attend the next class! Which is a lot more satisfying. I fell a lot better being the dumb ass of the class than being the smart ass!
After class I go to Akihabara in order to get a computer...which I do (a vaio), but it has no WORD!!!! which means I'm kind of fucked concerning the assay I still have to write for my Chinese Culture Class! I think I will have a nervous breakdown because of that soon! Well I'm trying to figure out what next to do, but besides the notebook not having Word it is freaking cool! Honestly it's really nice! I gave it a name too! It's officially called: My new boy toy substitute!
Kind of frustrated I hit the streets again, straight to Shibuya, cuz I spotted some really cool boots I wanted to have! Them being male boots I might have actually have a chance to get them my size! AND I DO! Harharhar *laughsinsanely* So now I have new pair of really cool YAMAMOTO boots! And they weren't even really expensive. I've spent way more on shoes in Germany about a thousand times. The shop assistant commented on my boots, too, which would be my blue rabbit fur ones! They really are an eye catcher, even here in Tokyo!
Across the Yamamoto store there is a Vivinne Westwood male store, which sealed my fate, since they had long sleeves with the famous: Too fast to live, too young to die! Logo on them. I had to get one of those, too. Again surprisingly cheap! Well okay that term doesn't really fit, but it was a lot cheaper than I thought! I will be completely broke in a week if I go on like that, but again, live is short!
Well that's about what I did on my weekend. Being quite tired, as you can imagine, I will go for some food, again not being hungry at all, even though I ate only something like a sweet bun around 11 this morning and nothing ever since. But still I'd feel kind of guilty if I wouldn't eat some more today.
I forgot something to tell you though! I'm drooling over every 10th male my age....of course not showing it! (^_^) It wouldn't be me, if I wasn't (^_^)

Clubbing

Well, I slept in todaz, which means I got up around 2:30 p.m. I left the house like 2 hours later and of course it had to rain. So I got kind of wet until I finallz found a supaa which sold some umbrellas, got one and went to Shibuya agian, buying some more music yay! I want to go clubbing today, but since I didn't really knew where I searched the internet. Of course I will try to do simething with visual, but find that on the internet not using Japanese. Some kind of hopless. I found some club calles 黒猫 (Kuro Neko = Balck Cat) But I'm not to sure if I wonna go there. I don't even know the dress code, so being too gothy (which isn't possible with my current cloth...not really) or too little gothy both would suck! Should I go? I guess I sould. There is something at AREA today, too, but I don't know what! I might go and check it out, but I'm not to sure if I want to, not yet....well I wonna go and get some food...which reminds me of the fact that I haven't eaten today at all....but I'm not hungry either...Japan is getting to me *lol*
