so yesterday was Penicillin's 15th anniversary live at Shibuya O-east, which, lucky as I am, Kayteanese agreed to accompany me to. Last week we came up with the thought of going as Godzilla and Winnie the Pooh and actually sticked to that. So I set the alarm clock for 2 p.m. so I had 1 1/2hrs to put on make-up and get going. Since I knew I was gonna look kinda strange as a 185 tall Pooh-san (as the Japanese call him) I tried to put on matching male-up, which turned out quite nice. I was at Kaytease house around 4, which would have been open doors time, but since we had like middle B tickets we didn't have to be there at 4 on the dot to begin with. Kazu was so nice to take a couple of pictures of us, before we left the house, peeing his pants laughing at us.
As soon as we left the house a bunch of children started screaming for Godzilla and Pooh-san, totally loving us, which normally never happens, since children most of the time are more in awe , when they see a strange foreigner than that they are happy. But Japanese seem to love ridiculous stuff like that. Honestly, which country could you go out dressed like that without people starting to rant at you randomly???
Kaytea was kinda worried if a cab would pic us up like that (neither of us really felt like going on the train in those outfits), but there was no problem at all, he even drove us right to the live house, which was really nice. We got into the live house and people were immediately like WTF when they saw us. Animal cosplay is not really common among penicillin fans, who are always trying to look the best they can to impress the band. But honestly, if there is one band you can take the piss out off dressing like that it is Penicillin. We made our way to the middle section of the live house (of course in Hakuei position!!!) and when Kaytea walked by some girl, the girl actually hit her (o__O) some fans can be a pain in the ass. There were some older women standing behind us, and because they were of course commenting our height, Kaytea turned around and told them, that if she was too tall they should tell her and she would move out of the way. They were so wowed that they actually commented that foreigners were really nice, which made up for Kayteas bad experience with the fan girl that hit her only a couple of seconds ago.
When the band came on we had our hoods up, but soon put them down again, because these costumes are fucking hot!!!
Hakuei looked hot (as always, actually no need to mention that) wearing his New Rock boots and the covers for his chins he always wears, black skirt, some fishnet top, a corset and a coat (at least in the beginning) Gisho was in ridiculous PVC wear (as always), O-Jiro was in one of his strange outfits and Chisato was in Nikky Sixx cosplay (as Kaytea told me, cuz I would have never noticed!)
They started the live with one of the songs I hate the most: 666 (most stupid lyrics ever written in Penicillin history - and they have quite a history when it comes to stupid lyrics) but it was fun anyway. They played a lot of old songs, which is really good, since I don't really listen to the new stuff. I had a lot of fun, dancing like an Odd ball (like one of my friends calls me) and joking around with Kaytea during the live. Never had so much fun at a Penicillin live.
As always Hakuei and Chisato were telling stories about their daily life, which is always very amusing, cuz they constantly make fun of themselves. Hakuei, for example, has become a Yahoo auction junky, hanging on his phone for 4 hrs getting sweaty hand and bad reviews, cuz he was doing something wrong. The T-shirt and sweater he got were smelling so bad and since they were hand wash only, he washed them by hand. But after he washed these cloths, they still smelled like shit, so he used a hole bottle of Febreeze to kill the smell. The way he is standing on stage, having that retarded grin on his face, telling a story like that is pure gold to me.
Another nice thing to know is that they are still whoring themselves and advertise their own shit on stage going like: I think this is very cute, please buy it. To show an example of the underwear they were selling, Hakuei lifted his skirt flashing his bright white underwear, which made me not only laugh really hard, but wonder where his balls went.
I have to admit that it was very obvious that the band was seeing Kaytea and me as well as we saw them, I can't blame them (^___^)
As one of the encores Hakuei and Chisato sang the Nano version of fuck *forgot the name of the song* whatever, not important, what is important that this song showed that Hakuei can actually sing! I mean really seriously sing and not in a goofy voice at all. He even developed a lot of lung power of the years having the mike on his lap singing. They had a little pause in the song and he couldn't help but smirk, which made me laugh a lot. He's so not able to take himself seriously.
What else happened, ohh yeah Hakuei was flashing his nipples, which made Kaytea and me laugh real hard (as like the only people in the audience - it must be shocking having a 185 tall Pooh-san and an equally tall Godzilla laughing at you), he pulled his corset up again immediately.
After the live we made our way outside really fast, I rushed to the goods table to buy the "parker" (a zipped hoody with short sleeves) in M size, cuz it fit Hakuei, so it will fit me ( I thought - and was right!) I hurried up to not leave Kaytea waiting.
After the live we went and took the best purikura ever (^___^) take a look and you will know what I am talking about.
After that we went to get some food at Pepper Lunch, another cab home and later on to McD, cuz Kazu hadn't eaten yet and we were still pretty hungry having worked out for 3hrs at the live dancing around (^_^)
It is very strange how people reacted on us, some tried really hard not to see us (and failed most of the time, even though people from Tokyo are good at that), some waved and said hello, calling out our names (the ones of the costumes) and some just smiled at us. While Pooh-san is more popular in Shibuya, Godzilla is the star of Harajuku.

On Friday I went to a live with Barbara and Jessica to see Mamono, a horror zombie rock band and was very pleased when we got there, cuz I found out that Schwarz lilie were gonna perform, too, and Rucid....well, I didn't know Rucid's music, I only knew what they looked like, cuz a friend of mine is a fan of them.
So Rucid was up first, they aren't a bad band, but just average oshare-kei. Pretty, yes, but that was about it, they didn't work for me.
Next up was Mamono, which supposedly spit blood and shit, so I was hiding behind my friends, cuz I was not only wearing pretty expensive cloths, but I also was supposed to go to an art show later that night (which got cancelled, but that's another story) and I didn't wanna look as if I just jumped in front of the Yamanote, which seems to be trendy lately, considering the fact that trains stopped running 3 times in the last 2 weeks because of that. Mamono are a fun live band, if you like horror rock, that is. The vocalist actually ate raw chicken on stage and spat parts of it into the audience, same thing with a huge salami (o____O) it was a lot of fun to watch though, I like bands which actually make the effort to do something with their audience, so did the guitarist, who is a huge Slayer fan. He was only wearing a t-bag (thong) and was quite well packed, if I may say so. He was shoving girls faces from the audience into his crotch and stuff like that, which made them giggle and pull away, always a delight to watch. He also showed off his naked ass a couple of times. Ahhh stuff like that is just plain funny, at least in that context. Japanese people just like to get naked in public, for whatever reason.
Last band on was Schwarz lilie, which I told you about before. Their performance was pretty much the same, still good, only the little magic parts seem to change from show to show and maybe from live house to live house, even though they play at maykan most of the time. Hayato actually got into the audience to head bang with the people (^___^) I love it when bands do stuff like that during their Indies times, cuz it just makes me laugh a lot.
Shiya saw us head banging in the back and actually keeping up with the para para, which made him wave us to the front, and after the second time him basically ordering us to the front, we obeyed and head banged along. They even gave an encore, as far as I remember, which they had never done before, but because it was only a three man live I guess it was okay.
When the live was over I actually bothered to buy the two Mamono CD's (^_^) we waited quite a while outside, watching Rucid packing their stuff and talked to the Mamono guys later on, but only like for two seconds, and only because I started to sing an old Sex Gang Children song and the guitarist started looking at me and laughed. We said goodbye to all of them, since it was way to cold to stick around much longer and wait for Schwarz lilie to come out, even though I would like to see Hi-na without make-up live once...whatever this sentence is fucked up, never mind (^_~)

I am so happy Barbara is here, cuz without here I would have never checked that Love or Dragon are Aikaryu without Uli (the drummer, who is still recovering from the car crash last summer) They did a mini Japan tour with a guy called Atsushi as support drummer. The boy did a good job!
I've never seen Maykan that packed (yeah...they played at the live house with the aircon from hell!!!) but since we were far in the back (there was no chance to get a seat) I was fine.
Uhhh when Daiki came on stage I was like uhhhh when I looked at his hips, that guy has the sexiest hips in Japan *dies* but he is fucking tanned! BOY, stop that...you are gonna die of skin cancer if you keep on making yourself look as if you were from Okinawa which he is not! And I have to admit, that he looks better in pictures, he just has this really square head, kinda strange, still sexy, don't get me wrong. Who surprised me by his looks was Kaworu, the lead vocalist. Now that he is back to black hair he looks fucking gooooooood *dies* He even did a little freestyle which was hilarious. Not kidding, he made me laugh out aloud!!! And I understood what he sang YAY. I was head banging soooooooooo much, and when I wasn't head banging I had that retarded smile on my face, being all like YAAAAAAAAAAAAAY I saw you live...FINALLY (^___^)
Uli, the drummer, is on his best way to recover and Aikaryu are gonna be back very soon, I hope I have the chance to see them live again soon, with Uli....hopefully not having to go all the way to Nagoya *dies* but I actually would.
Danger Gang were up last. I wanted to see them for quite a while now, but I simply never wanted to go alone, not even to their free lives, so I was really happy that they played that evening, too. They are really good and Waka's Japanese is really understandable (^_^) She is really nice and very genki on stage, so is Thera (Bass) who is smiling aaaaaaaaaaaaaaall the fucking time. While Hiko (Guitar) would totally fool me when it comes to gender questions. If she didn't have boobs in quite an obvious way I would totally hit on her, cuz she not only looks kinda like a guy, but she also behaves like one. And her voice is really low, too. I bet people ask her just as often as me whether she is a girl or a guy! Near to the end of their set Waka came into the audience and pulled people who were standing in the back to the front...including Barbara and me (^_^) She hugged me, too (O____O) but that was really cute! They even gave an encoru (^___^)
WhiteBalck performed, too...I remember that I wanted to go and see them for whatever reason anyway, so yay for that, but they didn't really blew me away. You know, sometimes there are really good bands out there, but they just don't work for me, Whiteblack is one of those. They are good, but somehow...the chemistry wasn't right.
The Skull Fuck Revolvers, or whatever they name was, had a Miyavi clone as Vocalist. I'm not kidding, he behaved and looked like Miyavi, just shorter and chubbier. He didn't sing, too...he just screamed into the mike and copied Miyavi's fake drumming from Pop is dead!!! The Japanese kids thought it was adorable, I thought it was shitty copy cat behavior and sat down, cuz I couldn't take it anymore! I only take back pain for bands who are worth it, and they clearly weren't! They might become one, if they actually get a fucking vocalist who has his own charms and doesn't copy the doubtful charms of somebody else!
what else was there....*thinks hard* Pistol three people, and they sucked, nothing more I can and am going to say about that. Gasoline, same thing.....like the rest of the bands (there were seven in total) Maybe not all of them sucked, but none of them where outstanding. I didn't even stand up for them, which show's you how lame they were.
after the live I bought two more Aikaryu singles and the new Danger Gang single. I had to buy this one, cuz Danger Gang were hard core advertising themselves! I'm not kidding, they were standing there in person screaming at the people that you should buy their stuff. Thera really is a hard core smiley person *laughs* No wonder she has so many fans (^_^)
Whiteblack was outside, too, talking to their fans and getting shitloads of presents, their fans really love them (o____O)
Skull Fuck Revolvers like to keep in touch with their fans, too, cuz they all came out and hung out with their fans for a while.
Barbara and me didn't hang for a lot longer, even though I would have loved for Aikaryu to come out, but hey, sometimes bands just take for fucking ever to come out and we were both hungry, since the live started at fucking 4 p.m. and ended like 9:30 p.m. so we headed for Shibuya to get something to eat, but then I finally reached Ritz because of the Pikapika show and left to Roppongi with her and Kalle.....but that is another story

Yesterday, which means January 8th, was Kagerou's last live. A friend of mine called me earlier that day and asked if I was going, none of us had tickets at that time, so I asked a Japanese friend of mine to call Zepp and find out wether or not there were still tickets available. I thought there were, cuz it didn't say sold out on any of the official homepages. So we gave it a chance. It took us about and hour from Yoyogi to Aomi, where Zepp is. When we arrived we looked for the ticket selling booth and lined up, it wasn't a huge line as expected, but when a couple of people started to leave the line before us the thought that it might be sold out crossed our mind, but it wasn't. Thank God!!! We went to get something to eat before we started to wait for our numbers to be called, but because we bought our tickets that day there was a little confusion. So we waited for the entry guy to nod at us, after we were sent back twice *dies*
Finally we got in, stuffed our things into the lockers and bummed our way into one of the front doors....how much do I love live houses with front doors? A fucking lot.
We only had to wait for like 20 minutes until the live started, which is good, cuz I hate standing around for a long time before a live starts, cuz my back starts hurting easily and stuff.
The stage setup was really nice, but I am sure you will see that in one of the J-Rock magazines. It had two huge banners hanging from the ceiling and a metal construction on the sides and as drum raiser, really cool.
was dressed in some totally torn and ripped purple and black sleeveless sweater, Shizumi was in black pants and white shirt with a bow tie! Daisuke was wearing one of his black suits, and so was Kazu, who turned blond again and actually didn't look like shit...they finally listened to me *laughs* whatever. Don't ask me for a set list, cuz you know I can't remember song titles for shit. The only one I know was Zetsubou no sayonara (or something like that *laughs) cuz it is my fav song, and they performed it. So that made me happy. There was a lot of crying going on when they started to sing the ballads and made the audience sing along, and no I didn't. I mean I loved Kagerou, but they were never that important to me, still I am really happy that I had the chance to see them one more time, because they really were an awesome live band.
But to be honest, it wasn't their best performance that I've seen from them, but that was pretty much to expect. They performed a lot of ballads, which of course kind of suited the occasion, but they also had some really nice rush songs, which made me happy and very bruised, cuz as always the Japanese kids started jumping into my back, but as long as they don't go elbow first, I am fine with that. And it was a lot of fun. Some eye contact was made with Daisuke YAY (^o^)
Strange thing was I would have thought that there would be some more emotion be going on stage, but they all were really calm (o___O) okay, the audiences emotion rose when Daisuke decided to do some fan service with Yuana...yeah, they were kissing, that's what I am talking about.
Daisuke of course gave a little speech how much fun they have had as a band performing for their fans up until that day and thanked their fans for that, but apart from that, not much was said. Even after performing the last song Daisuke just left the stage...not waiving bye bye, no dramatic good bye scenes or stuff like that, it was very plain and simple. I kinda liked it that way. We left the room immediately and rushed to the bar to get something to drink, being completely dehydrated. Got our stuff and went outside to buy Kagerou merch for the last time. It didn't feel as strange as I would have expected it to feel, but I was willing to spend way more money than I would have normally done, but since this was a once in a lifetime thing, or more last in my lifetime thing, I guess it was okay.
Outside there were flower arrangements sent in by Mucc, Despairs Ray (who also made their appearance at the live, a friend of mine thought she saw Dir en grey, too....for me it was just white dots on a balcony *laughs*) Even Ayumi Hamasaki sent flowers (o___O) weird shit man.
We left Zepp fairly quickly and made our way home, back to Shibuya. But being all hyper from the live we decided on getting something to eat first and then head to all night Karaoke. Said and done.
Nothing really outstanding happened at the live. It was more or less a standard live by Kagerou, in the beginning it kind of reminded me off the first Dir en grey live in Germany, cuz they had to put the live on pause to drag some completely exhausted girl out of the audience. Security is way to polite in Japan, which is the reason why it took them ages to get her out. In Germany they would have simply pushed everybody else aside to get to her....in Japan they tried to politely make their way through. Throughout the live security kept on walking through the audience and in between song breaks they checked the audience out with little flashlight to make sure that everything was okay *laughs* Very polite, as I said.
Performance wise, of course at some part Daisuke started to "jerk off" on stage and put a water bottle in his pants, spat water into the audience and stage dived...I think about three times or something like that, so it really was more or less a standard performance and didn't really feel like a last live, but well....I still am happy I had the chance to be there.
Thanks to Kagerou I had a lot of fun at their lives.
There is one more thing, that was utterly wrong at the live....my friend Tai was missing (T_T)

ahh well, I guess you guys figured by now that I was really busy the last couple of days, which is my excuse for the delay of my live reports, sorry about that, but I'm catching up on that right away.
Let's start with the Sugar / emmuree two man I went to last Friday. I went for emmuree, cuz I wanted to see them live ever since I heard one of their songs and I was kinda curious about Sugar, too, so this two man was perfect (^_^)
emmuree were on first and since they are not a visual but a goth band there was not too much head banging going on, which means I had plenty of time to watch the band having fun on stage. Btw. it took place at Takadanobaba's Area. There were actually a lot of guys at the live, which I think came to see emmuree, since Sugar doesn't really seem like a guy attracting band.
Anyhow, I loved everything performed by emmuree. All their songs, the interacting on stage, the gothy dramatic acting. LOVE LOVE LOVE. I normally don't like really dramatic acting on stage, but Sou (or Shou??) I'm not sure about the reading of his name, doesn't make his dramaticness look ridiculous, cuz he doesn't overdo it. I actually filled out their anketto and handed it in, telling them that they should go and play in Germany, not only cuz the guitarist wrote "Ich toete alle" into the booklet. I think they would fit in pretty well in the WGT bands. Which can be a compliment, if you talk about bands like The Mission. I spent over 1man yen for CD's that night...only the ones emmuree had out. Their stuff is so hard to find in stores, I just couldn't let that chance pass by.
Sugar were fun to watch, too. Even though I had to laugh a couple of times, because Sugar's vocalist moves like a moulin rouge whore on drugs, when he is on stage. He rolls his hips in front of his fans and stuff like that. Christ I was cracking down with laughter. He was wearing a cat suit which kept on coming down between his legs, cuz it was too big for him. Girls know what I mean, when tights come down between your legs, cuz they ain't long enough, but his were see through, so you actually noticed it a lot more. They did a good performance though, the members interacted on stage and stuff, the vocalist was enjoying himself a lot, which is always good and the fans had a lot of fun, too.
When they left the stage the encoru chants began, of course they did, and all the emmuree members showed up except Sou, but with Sugar's vocalist and did an encoru. The same thing happened the other way round and the very last song was performed by both vocalists. I think that is the right ending for a coupling tour and whish that Kagerou and Despairs Ray would have done it the same way when they had their coupling tour. But hey...can't have everything.
There is special coupling CD, too, which I, of course, had to have, too.
So much for the emmuree/sugar live. I really enjoyed myself and am going to see emmuree in December again. Uhh and yeah...I was the only foreigner at that live (^___^)
@moni, sorry I got you worried, I was just really busy having lots of fun!!!!

So yesterday was the Halloween live at Club Citta in Kawasaki. Since I've never been to Kawasaki before and open doors was at 16:00 I went kinda dressed up to school, which made everybody going like (o____O) After school I grabbed lunch with my boys again and went off to Kawasaki.
I changed train at Shinagawa station and took the rapid train. I kinda was lost when I arrived in Kawasaki, so I just searched for a map on the Internet...how much do I love mobiles with Internet...a lot!!! Showed the map to a lady and she gave me directions. Very good, found it right away and saw the Kuronoeko girls who waved me over, so I joined them.
First one up was 2nd effect, Motokis band and my reason why I came to Kawasaki. It was really strange to see him on stage, but really cool, too. They should play live more often to get more fans, because they totally would be able to do so. It wasn't the first time I've seen a friend on stage, but it was the first time I saw a friend on such a big stage. It was really cool and I hope I will have the chance to see them live again next year.
We left the front section after 2nd effect to settle in the back, where tables were and kuroneko actually had a stand there selling out cocktails, which was neat.
I don't really remember who was next, but I think it was arc followed by dollis merry, but I don't really know, cuz I don't really know these bands. I'm not into them and since their live performance didn't give me the...awww wanna see them again kinda feeling I'm not gonna bother to find out. That was about the time when the staff girl for Candy Spooky Theater came running over to me and was like, you bought CD's at yesterday's live, right...me NODD NODD, she handed me over a poster and apologized for forgetting to give it to me yesterday (o____O) in Germany, NOBODY would have bothered to do that!!!! That's one of the reasons why I love Japan.
Candy Sooky Theater are even better on a bigger stage, cuz their whole stage setup looks way better when they have room for the giant black umbrella, the candles and all that stuff. It was a great performance and they actually were able to make the crowd move and stuff. I loved to see them live again and am looking forward to the next time. This band totally has my support.
The session band was cool, too. The left hand guitarist was a beauty, but I have no clue which band he was from. I wasn't even able to figure out which one was from Phantasmagoria, not kidding!!!! Ahh well but the vocalist was awesome, he made chills running down my spine when he performed the entry part to Kurenai. YEAH they played Kurenai...it was so cool to see that song being performed once. It was really sad though, too.
I think next was Rentrer en Soi which I was looking forward to see, too, cuz they have this whole new concept going on. They are really really dark now, rough fast music, no whining anymore. YAY for that and their left hand guitarist, shun, really pulls it of in his coat. It was a fairly short performance though, only like three songs and it seemed as if they were in a rush, too. But it was great to see them live, cuz they rock. I wanna see them in a one man when the whole room supports them, it would be awesome for that band.
Last, of course, was Larien, but since Kamijo is such an over dramatic guy, he overdoes is so much, you know that he isn't taking himself serious at all, which is cool again. Muahaha he tried to speak English and failed getting it right, so a friend of mine and me just bursted out in laughter, cuz it was just great comedy. Ahhh yeah...today is October thirtyone (^___^) so cute. I mean Kamijo looks really good, and I like his voice, but Lareine is more something for the quiet hours of the day or when you are hugging your boyfriend, which made me dose off and dream about better times (love wise).
After the live the Kuroneko girls and me left for the JR station in Kawasaki split up, cuz we were going to different locations so I went with Akiko-chan who is working around the corner of my apartment and living around the corner of my school (^__^) funny coincidence.
So much for the live.

So Monday was Schwarz lilie and Candy Spooky Theater due at the live house of the evil Airconditioning...yeah, ROCK MayKan. I still went, of course I did. The live started for whatever reason late though. I'm not going to mention the other bands, cuz straight forward said..they were boring. The only one that didn't fit in was kinda Dead Maria who have a female vocalist who isn't willing to move to her own music, good voice though, but they are much more goth rock than visual. You will probably find some information on the visunavi.
Schwarz lilie was second last and they were a lot of fun, as they always are. I even participated, so it was more like a sport (^_^)
Hayato, the vocalist, brushed his teeth on stage again and performed some magic tricks, which was a lot of fun to watch. They are a pretty cool crew. Hi-Na, the guitarist wore his Penis Fly Trap T-shirt again, if he actually listens to them, he has a good taste in music. I really like their all horror fun performance a lot, cuz it actually gives you a break from all these boring performances out there. There are so many bands who look alike and sound alike, it's making me sick, so bands like Schwarz lilie and Candy Spooky Theater are standing out a lot.
Candy Spooky Theater are the perfect Helloween band, cuz they really have a theme going on there. Music, stage and performance wise. Only three people, but the bassist Peggy actually plays a stand up base, which is really cool, at least I think so (^_^) And Zull (the guitarist) Is a beauty when it comes to makeup. Wahh that guy looks so pretty with makeup and his page has some really bad German on it *GGG* it's cute (^_^) Anyway, I bought all of their CD's (there are only three) and two photo sets, cuz they are really well designed ones. A pack of buttons and a poster comes with the CD's but they forgot to give me the poster which I found out yesterday, but that story comes in the next entry.
So much for that live.

Yesterday's live started early, and with early I mean like 16:00 !!!! So I made my way to the ward office after school to get my alien registration card, went back home, ate something and made my way to Cyber. Thank God I still remembered how to get there and which exit to take at Ikebukuro Eki.
The live started off with a pretty bad girl band, which looked like a boy band. Only later I realized that it were all girls, cuz I was staring at the chest to find out! Their performance sucked, but they might become better...they MIGHT. Yesterday, they sucked and I don't even remember their name.....and I can't find a flyer so...nameless girl band sucked.
Next on was another mainly girl band, which sucked even more, which was the reason why I stayed seated all the time and didn't even care when to girls placed themselves directly in front of me, so I couldn't see anymore.
Next? I think this band with a male vocalist who was trying WAY to hard to be like kyo. From the movements to the bleeding shit. Really bad copy, not original at all, music boring....NEXT (I don't remember their name either, no fly...ergo, not going to be mentioned.
The first band that deserves to be mentioned is Schwarz lilie (^_^) a band that does not only have comedian talent, because they wrote their own name wrong, but also because they have a mixture of Disney meets Marilyn Manson going on, which is awesome. Apparently their PC site isn't up yet, so you have to deal with the mobile site for now. But take a look at it , it's totally worth it. Too bad that their CD is sold out, cuz I would totally have bought it. I liked their music and performance right from the beginning, cuz this band takes theme changing bands to the next level and makes panic ch look like babies. Muahahaha, I so wanna see them again (^____^) they have this whole head rolling head banging thing going on and actually are GREAT. I want their CD? I'm gonna go search closet child and book of...I'm gonna hunt it down. They have a couple of really catchy songs. Besides that, they give themselves awesome names like:
Frenzy red voice: Hayato (love that kid, he is wicked)
Motherfuckingguitarist: Hi-na (he is kinda cute ^_____^)
Lucifer of curse: Shiya (Bass - LOVE THAT KID, hahahaha he is awesome...so friggin funny)
Zombie: D.K (drums - can't say much about him, but he is TINY)
I totally gonna get their photosets next time, too....wanna see them live again...sooooon
Next on was OZ, who were, of course great. BUT last time I had the chance to see them live they were this tiny band and Natsuki had to grab his cock to make us stand up and participate, this time, there was this rather big crowd (like 30 girls) going NUTS when they came on stage (o____O) that's what my face looked like. I was totally surprised by that. Their set seemed kinda short, but they are going to release two new singles. One on November 11th and one in December, I forgot the date, sorry...and the names, too, but I'm sure it's on their website. I linked their website somewhere in the links section...I'm too lazy to go look it up again myself. Anyhow, I'm definitely getting their new singles, and I know who wants them, too *looks at tai*
There was one Oshare-Kei band on, too, but they bored the hell out of me, so I started drifting off and stuff. Their name was spider lily
I know there were a couple more bands, but I forgot about them, so that's not a good sign, ya know. Second last wererenny amy who were a perfectly decent band I wouldn't mind seeing live again, but they didn't have that extra little something which would make me follow them around, so I pass on that. Decent band....you might fall in love with them, I certainly didn't. Sorry.
Last one was jihad (who's webaddy isn't working at all) But before they started this girl came up to me and was all like, hey you and started chatting to me. We chatted a bit half English half Japanese and exchanged phone numbers and shit. She seemed really nice and I wanna go out drinking with her, cuz she actually is my age and seems to be a really nice person. She is friends with jihad's guitarist whose birthday was yesterday, too.
Hmmm well back to the live performance, it was good made me move and bang my head, but well...again ....that little extra something was missing, which would make me go like, hey, that band is cool. There are just millions of bands like that in Tokyo, so there has to be something...you know.
Anyhow...I stayed till like 11:30 and then left the live with dyura (the girl, who by the way has her own heavy metal gothic band, called diabolica, which I am definitely going to check out)
There was something like a theme going on that night, cuz there was a Japanese guy running around with a WWE (=WWF) belt running around to entertain the crowd during breaks and he kept on talking about pokemon, which was weird and I didn't really understand the rest of what he was talking about, so I was spacing out a lot of time.
All in all, it was a good live which at least brought me one new band I like and I had the chance to see OZ again (^_^) So way to go......... I slept really well that night.

still a bit sick
Not being in the right mind I actually went to the speeddisk live yesterday. I felt like shit, I looked like shit and going to that live didn't make me feel better, but I really wanted to see Guysfamily.
I came late for open doors, but that was okay, since I had only an A 554 ticket. Went upstairs, bummed my way into the front section and stayed there, feeling miserable. Not kidding, shortly before the live started I had to leave for the bathroom, cuz my whole body was giving me major problems, hot and cold chills were running through my entire body.
First on were Ayabie with Yumehito from Soroban (thanks Tai for the info) as support guitarist (^___^) fucking cute he is. Ayabie had quite a hard time to win over the crowd, but Aoi and the other guys gave their best. They jumped around on stage and went nuts. They played mostly their really rough songs, which looks as if they are going to keep this style in the future...very promising. I never really liked Ryouheis cutesy look and have to admit that I don't miss him at all. Ayabie are back to the Knaji writing of the name btw. Aoi was all in gold and wearing RED doc martins *lmao* what a combination *giggles* they will release a new maxi single on first of November and their first full album without Ryouhei on the 15th of the same month. I had a lot of fun doing all the parapara, even though I had a rough time head banging....I felt awful.
Next on was Guysfamily (YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY) LOVELY. I simply love Kight and would have missed him a lot if I couldn't have seen him live again. He, of course, had some MAD parapara going on and since it was like their first live (or second, I dunno) all the Japanese girl fucked the parapara up, too (^_^) The normal sight of a live is that all the girls go through a perfect parapara routine, but now they couldn't and Kight is a madman, when it comes to parapara, so the whole live house kept on fucking it up (^___^)
I love their entry song, it's the same as on their page btw. And I love their bassist. Kazutake is his name. That guy is just MAD...jumping around and being all bouncy and shit. He was grinning throughout the live and singing along and simply just being like RIGHT in your face (^_^) I love him already (^_^) They were shamelessly advertising their stuff at the end of the live and I went and bought it all except for the wristband. I can't wait till their first maxi single comes out! Which is due on December 6th.
Next on was ACID (I think) which I had never heard anything of before and they really didn't have many fans out there. Most of the guys which where at the live that night were there for ACID which is perfectly reasonable when you take a look at the band. They are not pretty and they are not visual, but hey are a fun band to watch live, cuz they really gave their best having only like 7 fans (7 really ugly fans). They ran up and down on stage really trying to pull off a good show. There was a lot of eye contact because I head banged along and tried to give them as much support as I could in my at that time current state. If you don't give a damn whether or not a band is visual, you should check them out.
Last band I witnessed was Lolita 23ku ( 少女-ロリヰタ-23区 ) which were still a really tiny band when I left Japan the last time. I didn't expect them to have that many fans, but they do and now I see why. Sou is a wicked performer. The image of him jumping around just burned itself into my iris. I also like to call the band, the band of noses (yeahhhh) cuz most of the band members actually have noses,. I'm not talking about the little tiny Japanese noses, but really long ones (^___^) I am definitely following them from now on, they won over my heart and my ears, which made me buy their signed live DVD and I will look for some of their stuff at closet child and club Indies on the weekend (^_^)
Wizard and Phantasmagoria were still due, but I just couldn't handle standing there anymore, so I made my way to the bar, got my "free" drink and went upstairs to buy some of the merch. As I already mentioned I bought the Lolita DVD and I also bought their mobile strap, I bought a towel and the photo sets from Guysfamily and I bought the signed postcard sets form Ayabie, of which there were four, but right in front of my nose this witch bought all of one pile, fuck her....but I was too exhausted to say anything. I stumbled home and went to bed half dead.
Japanese men should start shaving their armpits, btw.
Uhhh and there were a couple of German girls, but I ignored them....as I always do....and as I just learned today.....it's normal (^___^)
listening: to the ringing tone in my ears
mood:
great
To those of you who will know what it means what I am about to type, you will hate me, but that is okay.
I SPONTANIOUSLY went to a PENICILLIN live today (^_^)
I was surfing around in the Internet today when I thought, why not take a look at the Penicillin homepage again, so I did, read a little in their blog and everything and then went to check out the live dates. FUCK me I thought, there was one yesterday, but today was one, too, and since no big fat red letters were telling me that it was sold out I thought I would have a chance to see them live again, and I did.
I met with Miho around 3:30 at Shinjuku's south exit to get my phone. Walked to the shop I got my phone, paid and they gave me a soft bank (vodafone) blanket as a present and said there were sorry about me having to wait, blablabla....off I went to chiketto pia to find out, if I could still buy tickets there, but nope I had to go to liquidroom directly. I said good bye to Miho and made my way to Ebisu, thank God that I have a good memory when it comes to directions, I found liquidroom right away.
Purchased a ticket for 5500 the most expensive one so far (in Japan), got a locker for the mobile box and stuff, wanted to stuff my bag in, but the locker was too small, so I just put my passport and everything into the locker and went downstairs. Paid 500 yen drink charge (which I didn't use) and went inside. First I was standing on the far left side just right before the roll bars, but I knew that there would be a rush to the stage as soon as the entry melody begins. This time entry melody was zattai reido (^_____^) I fucking love that song, so I rushed pass some people, put my bag just in front of the roll bars, so I would be able to find it again easily and squished a bit more front. I was standing right before Hakuei like in 15th row, which is great, since Japanese girls and guys (pretty huge amount of guys this time) are small and I ain't. I was the only foreigner (o_O) not kidding I was the only one and I was the only kinpatsu (blonde) and since Penicillin like to flashlight their audience I was bound to be seen by the band members...muahahahha and I WAS (^____^) eye contact a zillion of times *dies*
This time Gisho was wearing the ugliest cloths....he wore something like a coat (on stage!!!) which was like at least 2 sizes to big for him and some kind of ugly scarf. Christ he looked ridiculous. He was wearing heavy gothy make-up, too. Kinda strange, but whatever. He pulled off the I'm too cool and to earnest for this world attitude pretty well and managed to keep it up till the talkin gpart arrived.
Hakuei was basically wearing the outfit he wears on their new single. The point is, him wearing a skirt and bending forward spreading his legs....MAJOR crotch peeping (^_____^) And how are you supposed to concentrate when you are drooling all over the people in front of you doing that???? NO WAY, exactly.
Anyway, Chisato was looking decent, all in black with his hair only part wise in a pony tail. He was behaving wannabe evil all the time, but that was okay with me, it was kinda funny, too.
O-Jiro simply looked like O-Jiro, nut much to say there, but there was a fifth person on stage this time. Some strange looking guy playing the keyboard. I forgot his name right away after I heard it.
Hakuei was soooo sweet on stage *drools all over keyboard* he is so smiley on stage, goofing around a lot and just having a good time. It's so much fun watching him perform. My heart made leaps of happiness once in a while throughout the live, which has never happened to me. I wouldn't have thought that I would see the prettiest man on earth live again so soon. SO yeas, I am still smiling like a madwoman.
I don't recall which song it was, but Hakuei grabbed a guitar and PLAYED. I didn't even know he was able to play the guitar. It was so funny to see him interact with Gisho playing the guitar (^___^)
The talking parts were fun again, cuz Hakuei really has a funny mimic and moves around a lot when he speaks, make all kinds of arm and facial movements. So cute (okay I know I all fangirlish again, but he's the only one I'd really drool all over if I ever met him in private.)
When they left the stage the first time people started singing happy birthday Chisato and then I was like...uhhh that's what he was talking about *dies* When Hakuei came on stage again he was wearing their new tour T-shirt and sweat shirt, which I want badly, but they didn't have them available and the forms where gone when I came to the merch table, but I will order it on the Internet. And Chisato came out in the overall Hakuei is wearing on the Hell Bound Heart cover (^___^), so cute. They chatted a bit and then came the rest on stage again. O-Jiro pushing a table in front of him on which was a chocolate birthday cake. Hehehehe.
After the cake brake they went to play another song, a birthday song, kinda at least and switched instruments for that. So now it was Chisato singing, the keyboard guy playing guitar, Gisho playing the keyboard, O-Jiro playing bass (with his drumming gloves on) and Hakuei was on drums. They were all pulling it off really well, I mean I knew that Chisato can sing, because he has a solo career, too, but I didn't know that O-Jiro was able to play the bass and I certainly didn't know that Hakuei can also play drums. And he was having the time of his life doing that. He was grinning like a retard all the time (^____^) like a little boy. Gisho was looking all serious again, but all the others were goofing around and had a lot of fun on stage.
Off they went again and came back, all wearing their new merch shirts to perform the last encoru, which was short but included a rush song. Ahh I love rush songs, lots of head banging and countless repetition of a chorus. I love it.
What I also want to mention about Hakuei is, that he was sitting on a stool, when Gisho and Chisato were joking around, chatting with the audience, well kinda. While he was sitting there you could totally tell when he was paying attention to what was happening around him and when not, cuz as soon as he drifted away he started rocking back an forth on that stool like some autistic kid or nervously shook his legs. I bet on drugs, what do you think? And don't tell me he was probably tired cuz they just came back from their Korea tour.
When the lights went back on and I fought my way to the locker to clear it out, I went to the merch table to buy me four more album by Penicillin. Those I wasn't able finding on the Internet: Vibe, Fly, Indwell and earth. AWESOME. I didn't get the new single, cuz they didn't have the special version available.
Short stop at the conbini and home I was. Ahhhh what a day....another Penicillin live and I am way more in awe with Hakuei than I was before, if that is possible at all.
